ROLE SUMMARY: The Vice President of Sales, will be responsible for leading the sales efforts to meet and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory and assigned account list. The key duties of Vice President Sales include creating and executing sales strategies, increasing visibility of LeaseLock, developing and managing the existing client base, and meeting the assigned quota quarterly and annually. This role will require a strong background in Mulitfamily, experience in risk mitigation products is a plus. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Growing the LeaseLock Insurance footprint in the territory and assigned accounts assigned to you. 

  • Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier owners in our industry.

  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace. 

  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions

  • Forming sales strategies and bringing new ideas forward to keep the company competitive and innovative. 

  • Driving program adoption, education, and evangelism of Zero Deposit communities.

  • Achieving quarterly quotas and goals.

  • Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities.

  • Providing detailed sales forecasting within Salesforce.

  • Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving satisfaction through customer relationship management.
